Community Grants

PFund Community Grants are for LGBTQ+ serving nonprofits in the Upper Midwest. These grants range from $1,000-$20,000+ and include organizational membership to the PFund Leadership Institute, a monthly cohort based learning and networking opportunity.

We’re making it easier to get support from PFund so that our nonprofit partners can focus on their missions.

Starting in 2026 PFund will be simplify our grants process with:

  • A single application for all of our program grant funds (PRISM, TRANScend, Bi+ Funds), modeled after the Minnesota Common Grant Application

  • A single award letter, payment and report for all PFund grant funds received

  • General operating funds

In addition to general operating dollars, PFund will expand support beyond the dollar with:

  • Access to the PFund Leadership Institute to build the capacity of your organization and teams to deliver your mission. The institute will consist of monthly learning sessions from LGBTQ+ experts on chronic and emerging challenges and topics.
